Colo4Dallas has created this statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for Web sites operated by Colo4Dallas including colo4dallas.com, colo4dallas.net, colo4.com, colo4.net, americanwebhost.com and americanwebhost.net.

Colo4Dallas collects information when visitors request information or signup and or pay for services. What information is collected and how we use it is described below.

Colo4Dallas may be required to file an annual report with the Dallas Central Appraisal District listing the name and address of each Customer who, (i) is the owner of equipment or other personal property located in the space or elsewhere in the Facility on January 1, and (ii) to whom Colo4Dallas provides the Space on January 1 for the purpose of storing such equipment or other personal property. Customer agrees that any taxes imposed on such equipment or other property shall be Customer's sole responsibility, and that Colo4Dallas, as well as its directors, officers, partners, and employees, shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any such taxes.

We may also use your email address to notify you of new programs and events that we think you will find of interest (unless you requested not to receive information when you entered sign up).

When you place an order, we need to know your name, phone number, email address, billing address, and credit card type, number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Your information is treated with the utmost security. Your information is used by Colo4Dallas and it's agents for the purpose of aggregate identification of our customers. Your personal information will not be sold.

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
